Not only do we run and promote a successful championship winning racing team, we also offer services that can compliment your racing or promotional activities.

Micklel Motorsport offers a range of garage services from tyre shaving to race car preparation and repair. We also offer supporting services to provide promotional incentives such as our unique Legends Simulator and our Passenger Rides Experience.

Tyre shaving is similar to buffing but uses a slightly different technique.

By cutting treat from a tyre, we are able to provide a more stable tread base which can increase performance on track.

Maximum diameter for any wheel is 24". Please ensure that your tyres are fitted to rims and inflated to the correct presure.

Race tyre shaving is £15 + V.A.T. per tyre plus delivery

Mickel Motorsport are very experienced in race car preparation and set up. John Mickel alone has nearly 30 years’ experience in preparing race cars in the UK, Europe and the USA.

This unique simulator is used by guests of Mickel Motorsport on race day as part of the VIP Hospitality experience.

The driver sits within the car and once the simulator is started, the driver gets to test their skills over a few laps of any UK race circuit, like Brands Hatch, Silverstone and Donington Park

The driver needs to use all their skills with gear changing, steering and pedals to attempt to be the fastest lap record holder.

The simulator can be hired for corporate or personal events so if you want to rev up your trade show stand or spice up your gathering then contact us.

Mickel Motorsport can run a driver for a whole season or just on a round by round basis. A driver can hire a Mickel Motorsport Legend or a driver can bring their own car to our premises for us to run.

Arrive and Drive basis includes:

• Storage of race car
• Transport of race car
• Race preparation and set up
• Mechanics trackside for all of race day
• Food and refreshments on race day
• Guidance, assistance and advice.

Mickel Motorsport can arrange to take a driver testing in a Mickel Motorsport Legend or in the driver’s own race car. Costs are dependent on which track the driver wants to test at but Mickel Motorsport will assist with the drivers enquiries to any track of their choice.

A test day would include, the initial car set up, transportation where necessary and at least two crew members for the day.

The Mickel Motorsport two seater is on display at every round of the Legends Championship and guests are welcome to sit inside, providing many photo opportunities.

It is a custom built Legend that has been made wider to allow two seats to sit side by side.
